Compliance Executive (PF & ESI Filing)

• Prepare and submit monthly PF/ESI challans, returns, and ECRs 
• Reconcile contribution records, follow up on mismatches, and maintain accurate spreadsheets 
• Liaise with EPFO/ESIC offices to resolve queries and discrepancies 

• 1–3 years’ experience in PF/ESI compliance or payroll processing 
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and basic Excel proficiency 

Field Operations Officer

• Coordinate on‑site client/ Department visits for document collection and verifications & submission
• Conduct UAN/KYC verifications and facilitate ESIC card issuance 
• Serve as our “face” at client offices—building trust and ensuring smooth information flow 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Ability to travel locally (Hooghly & surrounding districts) 
• Outgoing personality, customer‑centric mindset, and basic regulatory knowledge 

Junior Associate (Freshers Welcome)

• Assist seniors with PF/ESI registrations, labour‑law documentation, and audit preparations 
• Learn to draft statutory letters (ESIC intimation, PF grievance requests) and update client portals 
• Shadow experienced consultants during client calls and on‑site visits 

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a keen interest in Employee‑statutory processes 
• Quick learner, strong written English, and a can‑do attitude 

Admin & Coordination Executive

• Manage incoming client inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain our CRM records 
• Coordinate between compliance teams and client HR departments to track pending tasks 
• Handle office administration—filing, billing follow‑ups, and internal reports 

• 1–2 years’ experience in office admin or HR coordination 
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and basic Excel modules
